“My fiance & I first met Peggy at an open house she had listed when looking for a new home. We immediately fell in love with her as a person, but also her professionalism, honesty, knowledge, non-pushy attitude & costs! (The absolute lowest!!) My mother is a real estate broker out of state, so I was familar with the business. We had dealt with other agents in our area, but did not want to commit to any of them. We immediately listed my home with Peggy, after trying to sell it ourselves for 3 months to no avail. Peggy's technique in selling a home is extremely "user" friendly. She takes the time to explain absolutely everything, with folders, ideas, calculations, etc! I was impressed with that; however, when Peggy & her collegue "Daria" personally showed my home over 25 times the first week it was listed. AND, it sold within that week with 2 backup offers!.......,she is nothing short of a miracle worker! Needless to say, we were then desperate to find our "new" home quickly! Peggy & Daria were there for us 24/7! They showed us over 211 homes physically & over the internet! (I am an extremely "picky" person). We found our new home within 3 weeks. This was at the worst possible time in the housing market, with mortgage companies changing the rules daily. Peggy stayed on top of everything, with both the "buy" & "sale" properties, doing the job of the other realtors, attorney's, & lender's! She constanty kept me up to date daily on the progress. As well as, referring me to an awesome mortgage person, when our's went south. I can not begin to tell you how hard she worked for us! If it had not been for Peggy.... we would never have been able to meet all the time constraints in such a short period of time. My mother is so impressed with her work, that she too recommends Peggy to her clients looking for property in Illinois. Bottom line........you can NOT go wrong with Peggy Brown!!! My new husband & I will NEVER use anyone else, and ONLY recommend Peggy! She is definitely the best, & we feel so blessed to have found her!
